Please be advised that the Board has voted that going forward, only the 6" x 6" Terra Cotta colored Spanish Red tile (#225000384) will be approved for the front patios. Tiles can be purchased from D & B Tile in Sunrise (954-715-4043). Please remember you must have the Architectural Form completed and returned to the management for approval PRIOR to installation. Please also note that the use of decorative rocks is not allowed. These can act as projectiles in heavy winds and cause damage to homes and vehicles. We recognize that the grass does not grow in some areas and we are going to address this in future projects, once the trees and roots are done and the sprinklers have been repaired. We also hope to landscape the islands in the parking areas and make them more uniform.
