Westree HOA has entered into a Management Agreement with Benchmark Property Management, Inc. effective November 1, 2022.
All monthly payments (even for those owners who make payments online) must be mailed to Benchmark Property Management, Inc. for November and Decemebter 2022. Please be sure to include your new Benchmark account # in the memo portion of your check. We will not be assessing any lae fees for November or December in order to allow the transition to go smoothly.
