Effective August 1, 2016, the Board has contracted with Miami Management for property management and accounting services. By this time, you should have all received a welcome letter with contact information and payment coupons for the rest of the year. Miami Management will also provide some much needed janitorial services to keep our property and pool area clean. The maintenance personnel are employees of the management company. They will not do work for individual unit owners or tenants. Please do not instruct them on what to do.
